I felt as though I hadn't really taken anything. The problem is, it also worked as though I hadn't taken anything. I did notice an increase in bowel movements. I didn't lose any weight. I generally eat well and exercize regularly, and my weight is at a stubborn plateau. (which is why i tried it to begin with.) However if you are someone just getting started, maybe it would work better. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it, but I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying it either. If it works for you, it is nice that you only take it three days per month so you are not popping pills all the time.
