It wasn’t too expensive, and I felt no negative side effects, jitters, or anxiety. I felt as though I hadn’t really taken anything. The problem is, it also worked as though I hadn’t taken anything. I did notice an increase in bowel movements. I didn’t lose any weight. I generally eat well and exercize regularly, and my weight is at a stubborn plateau. (which is why i tried it to start with.) But if you are someone just getting started, maybe it would work better. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it, but I wouldn’t discourage anyone from trying it either. If it works for you, it is nice that you only take it three days per month so you are not popping pills all the time. Simple enough to swallow, no strong after taste.

i bought these and used them for the whole 3 days and lost 4 pounds. now they claim that you can lose 10 and maybe some people can, but i lost only 4 which isnt terrible either. but i’m also on a diet and work out every day 2 times a day, monday-saturday. this product may not work for everyone, but for me it helped me finally break through the weight i wanted to as i was stuck at a certain weight for what seemed like forever. it gave me the boost i needed to break through!!
